Mr-helper prefers not to have
large numbers of terms and conditions with our customers and
to date have never had to resort to them. We only ask that
our customers do two things:

1. Help with the move. It is unfair to expect the driver to
show up and then finish cleaning the flat or packing things
up whilst he hauls things up and down the stairs.
2. Don’t unnecessarily delay the driver. We offer a flat
rate as we don’t think it’s fair to charge people for being
stuck in traffic and we like our customers to know there is
a limit on how much they have to pay. However we ask people
to respect the spirit of this and not be overly slow with
the move. By delaying the driver you are being inconsiderate
by making other people’s appointments late or preventing the
driver from getting home.
3. There is a minimum charge of £40 for goods going to the
tip.
4. Payments must be made by cash at completion of the job.
5. Extra payment of £8 required if traveling through the
congestion charge.
